Announced during the NADA Show 2025 in New Orleans, the solution is designed to deliver real-time, 24/7 access to dealership inventories, creating a seamless car-buying experience for customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

With access to data from over 84,000 dealerships and OEM microsites, covering nearly 220 million unique auto VINs, the new AI Agents enable dealerships to provide instant and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

The agents are equipped to share detailed vehicle information, including descriptions, pricing, features, technical specifications, and history. Regardless of the dealer’s merchandising platform, the AI system ensures up-to-the-minute inventory data is always available.

The launch addresses a key pain point in the car-buying process: the lack of immediate communication and accurate information, particularly outside of business hours. Conversica’s AI solution allows potential buyers to access real-time inventory and compare vehicle features through email, chat, or SMS. If a specific vehicle is unavailable, the agents can suggest similar options, ensuring customers remain engaged and informed.

The AI Agents also streamline operations by handling routine inquiries, enabling sales representatives to prioritise high-value interactions.
