Experian was crowned the Overall Winner at the UK Customer Experience Awards last night.

The data analytics and consumer credit firm, scored a hatrick of gold category wins on the night.

Experian best off stiff competition from Ageas and Scottish Power to pick up gold Best Digital Transformation category and then in partnership with UST it also won the Best use of AI gong.

The UK CXA, now in its 15th year, brought together an audience of over 700 senior business leaders and CX practitioners to celebrate the best in customer, employee and digital experience work from the last 12 months.

The day-long event hosted at Wembley Stadium is the biggest CX awards programme in the country. Over 200 CX leaders attended the Build-up to the event during the day, and another 500 joined for the main award event. During the ceremony, more than 35 gold awards were handed out to the industry’s leading talent.
