Miral Destinations enjoyed a blockbuster evening at the International Customer Experience Awards held in London last night.

At the black-tie gala event, the hospitality company struck gold in two marquee categories, the CX Team of the Year and CX Leader of the year. It also took home gold for Best BPO Partnership and Best Use of Omnichannel.

The travel destination firm, which operates several venues on Yas Island on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi in the UAE, also picked up silver awards in theBest Complaint Handling and Best Contact Centre categories.

Hosted last night at the Park Plaza London Riverbank the event was attended by over 250 leading CX and EX professionals from around the world. The event honoured excellence in customer and employee experience from around the globe and brought together finalists from Central America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The ICXA is the original and largest celebration of CX around the world.

Founded in 2009 the Customer Experience Awards began in the UK and now operates in the Middle East, North America, Europe and Africa. Entrants and judges from 88 countries have so far participated in the awards.
