SurveyMonkey has expanded its social sharing options by adding WhatsApp, enabling customers to share surveys and forms directly to WhatsApp groups and contacts with a single click. This addition joins SurveyMonkey’s existing social sharing integrations—LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Microsoft Teams—enabling users to connect with audiences instantly, wherever they are.

Given WhatsApp’s user base, this feature opens new possibilities for SurveyMonkey customers to gather insights in real-time and reach a broader audience in a familiar, secure way.

“Long recognized as a global messaging powerhouse and used by over 2 billion people worldwide, WhatsApp has already proven to be a game-changer for our customers. Its worldwide appeal has opened a new door for our users, giving them an easy and secure way to share their surveys and forms on a platform they already use and trust,” said Eric Johnson, CEO of SurveyMonkey.

Earlier this year, the company also rolled out advanced analysis tools, including a multi-survey analysis feature that consolidates insights from multiple surveys and forms, making data visualisation more actionable.

Further enhancing its platform, SurveyMonkey introduced a PayPal integration for global payment collection, streamlining the survey experience for businesses worldwide.
