We at the CXM team have always prided ourselves on our values. Connection, knowledge, and bravery. When learning about us on our homepage, we specify – ‘we are here to explore what it means to build businesses with humans at their core’. With our newest project, we believe we’ve done exactly that, while aligning with our values.
We are beyond delighted to announce our very first FREE printed and digital annual publication, which is available to download and order from Tuesday 11th October! This exciting publication is called CXM Review. The first issue is ‘The New Era of CX: Tapping into the Unknown’.
Our dear company friend and CXPA associate, Ian Golding, kindly reached out to us and shared the following:
“[CXM Review is] a wonderful job of bringing together what I believe to be the best CX publication of its type anywhere in the world!!”
Ian is an influential, wise figure in our space – take his word for it!
What is the new era?
When we were brainstorming for our first annual publication, we realised we couldn’t start without addressing the obvious. The start must be from society’s new beginning, the new normal. The new era of CX with post-pandemic changes.
With this edition, we hope to bridge the gap between the old and the new. This should start as a base for us all to push ourselves off from. With the knowledge and stories of what happened, we can boost ourselves into the future.
We’re venturing into the unknown that encompassed this time. The unknown begs new questions – Where do we go from here? What was life like before this change? What was done? What can be done now? How can we replicate the amazing parts, and grow from the negatives?
There’s so much to explore, and we believe we’ve got the guide about this right here for you all. Our community that we are building in and around this first issue of CXM Review is helping to overcome a plethora of challenges together.
What content does CXM Review cover?
Our publication is a commemoration of thought leadership pieces, winning stories, and thought-provoking guides. We tackle categories including ‘The future of work’, ‘redefining CX’, ‘CX disruptions’ and so much more. These are all things surrounding the line of the unknown.
This first edition features over 20 contributors. Including the likes of – Adrian Swinscoe, Olga Potaptseva, Brad Anderson, Annette Franz, and more!
Issue number 1 also features some of the top businesses in the industry. To only name a few (out of many!), you will find works from IBM, McKinsey and Gartner. As Awards International’s media partner, we have also included some of their winners to share their stories and initiatives.
Even amongst these great pieces, there’s so much more to discover. This includes our masterclass, podcast and more.
