The original and still the biggest customer experience awards programme in the industry kicks off again today! The UK Customer Experience Awards now its 16th year, brings together leading UK-based firms and the best CX experts in the country to compete for the most sort after industry honours.

Explore 26 categories within the UKCXA, covering diverse areas of CX, such as CX strategy, employee-driven initiatives, exceptional teams and leadership, and the evolution of CX in the digital age.
The awards finals will take place on 3rd October, live online. The Build up to the awards and Awards Ceremony will be held live and in person on 16th October, in London. The entry deadline is 27th June, followed by the submission deadline on 4th July.
Finalists are scored based on the assessment of their written entry and a presentation to a experienced CX judging panel. The judges are seasoned customer experience professionals, many of whom have previously participated at different Awards International programmes.
This year’s event promises to bring together the biggest names in CX for a celebration of everything we love about CX.
