As always, the process of choosing the top rankings for CXMStars™ is not a simple task. Luckily, this year, we had the great help of our esteemed judging panel. Now, their scores, along with the voting results are in. It’s time to announce the top CX professionals and influencers of 2023!
It’s been a tough competition this year. We even have two people ranked the same at #7 for CX professionals!
Our aim with the CXMStars™ is to support the path to CX excellence and foster the community of the best practices, as well as knowledge sharing. We’re always keen to recognise and raise awareness of those individuals who are doing amazing jobs in the field.
Words of thanks
This is the fourth year that we have celebrated the Top 50 CXMStars™ from across the globe. In 2023, we received 150 nominees and around 7,000 votes total. Thank you for supporting our great competition! CXM would not be what it is without the support of our readers and participation and enthusiasm for our work.
A huge thank you to our esteemed judging panel for this year – Ian Golding, Nienke Bloem, Nate Brown, and Lama Shanti. They carefully scored every single finalists’ application. We appreciate them helping to make this year’s competition fair and fantastic.
