Alight has unveiled a collaboration with Avanade, a Microsoft solutions expert, to integrate Alight Worklife with Microsoft Teams. The integration aims to streamline access to employee benefits and well-being information, providing users with a seamless experience in their daily workspace.
“Today’s workforce expects benefits interactions to be simple, intuitive, and connected with their daily technology experiences. By partnering with Avanade to deeply integrate the unique content and capabilities of Alight Worklife into Microsoft Teams, we are excited to help employers continue to transform how they can better engage employees in their benefits and enable a better return on those important investments,” said Josh Welch, EVP of product management at Alight.
This move will enable employees to access critical benefits information directly within the Team’s environment, improving convenience, awareness, and overall engagement. By embedding benefits access into a platform already central to employees’ workflows, this innovation facilitates navigation and encourages greater usage of available resources.
Key features include AI-powered personalisation with tailored recommendations and actionable reminders, ensuring employees receive relevant benefits insights and guidance. An interactive virtual assistant (IVA) provides 24/7 support, answering questions and delivering real-time benefits information directly within Teams.
In addition, a streamlined account dashboard summarises essential benefits and account details, keeping employees informed at a glance, while continuous secure authentication enables seamless access to benefits throughout the workday.
