AI-driven talent engagement solutions provider Sense has introduced Sense Conversational Voice AI, a solution designed to transform recruitment through automated phone conversations.
The technology enables recruiters to handle high-volume tasks, such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling, while maintaining a personalised candidate experience.
By adding a voice channel to the Sense platform, this solution complements the company’s existing Recruiting Automation, Chatbot, and Messaging tools. It simplifies the hiring process by automating outreach, conducting pre-screening conversations, coordinating interviews, and even managing reference checks, significantly reducing manual workloads for recruiters.
“Modern recruiters are tasked with filling multiple roles at once while providing each individual candidate with a fast and personalised experience. With Sense Conversational Voice AI, recruiting teams can now engage thousands of candidates daily, accelerating the hiring process and providing every candidate with an outstanding experience,” said Sense CEO Anil Dharni.
Sense Conversational Voice AI enhances the recruitment process by seamlessly integrating with applicant tracking systems. It identifies and contacts qualified candidates while conducting branded, contextual phone calls that display the organisation’s name to boost response rates. Additionally, its language adaptability allows it to detect and communicate in candidates’ preferred languages, supporting global hiring efforts.
TSR Consulting Services, a staffing firm specialising in high-volume recruitment, was among the first to pilot the technology. The company’s managing director Shah Syed noted its impact, highlighting how it tripled response times and streamlined the screening process.
With this release, Sense reinforces its commitment to equipping recruiters with intelligent tools that optimise workflows and enhance hiring outcomes.
