ServiceNow and Google Cloud have expanded their partnership to revolutionise enterprise operations with generative AI. Through this partnership, ServiceNow’s Now Platform and its suite of enterprise workflows will be available on Google Cloud Marketplace, allowing the integration of AI-powered solutions across IT, CRM, and security.

In addition, key ServiceNow solutions—including IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Security Incident Response (SIR)—will be accessible on Google Distributed Cloud (GDC), extending their capabilities to highly regulated industries.

Providing millions of users with AI-enhanced experiences

By making the Now Platform available on Google Cloud, ServiceNow is set to deliver AI-enhanced experiences to millions of users worldwide. In addition, the expanded partnership unlocks deep integrations, allowing businesses to leverage BigQuery to connect enterprise data with AI-driven insights. It also enhances productivity within Google Workspace and builds custom generative AI applications using Vertex AI.

Moreover, bringing ServiceNow’s suite of solutions to Google Cloud Marketplace enables enterprises to merge their ServiceNow data with Google Cloud’s advanced AI, data analytics, and productivity tools. Designed as a single, AI-first enterprise platform, the Now Platform streamlines operations by uniting data, AI agents, and workflows within a unified architecture.

Meanwhile, ServiceNow ensures compliance with highly sensitive industries’ strict security and regulatory requirements by providing its CRM, ITSM, and SIR solutions on Google Distributed Cloud.

ServiceNow and Google Cloud also align their product and go-to-market strategies to drive AI-powered business efficiencies. Companies can enhance customer interactions across voice and chat channels by integrating ServiceNow CRM with Google’s AI-driven Customer Engagement Suite. Additionally, new integrations with Google Workspace will allow seamless access to ServiceNow data within Sheets and Chat, improving productivity by minimising workflow disruptions.
