This latest expansion enables businesses in the banking, retail, and healthcare industries to host their Talkdesk platform within the country, ensuring compliance with Australia’s stringent data privacy regulations.
Beyond regulatory compliance, the Talkdesk Australia Regional Cloud boosts voice quality by bringing the platform closer to customers’ on-premises systems and end users.
