Oracle has introduced new role-based AI agents within its Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, aimed at helping HR leaders and business executives enhance the employee experience and increase workforce productivity. Available now, these AI agents are designed to automate tedious workflows, allowing employees to concentrate on more impactful tasks.
The embedded AI agents streamline complex processes, from onboarding to performance evaluations and employee benefits management. They provide tailored support in several key areas. For instance, a career planning guide assists employees in developing actionable career progression plans based on their profiles, while a performance and goals assistant helps set and track performance objectives.
Additionally, the AI agents facilitate administrative tasks, such as automating timecard submissions and assisting with tax withholding selections. They also provide insights into compensation guidelines to support managers in making informed salary decisions. New hires can benefit from an onboarding assistant who guides them through the initial days at the company, ensuring a smoother transition into their roles.
Chris Leone, executive vice president of applications development, Oracle, said: “The amount of time employees spend on complex HR processes can be overwhelming and distract from their primary job responsibilities. The new AI agents in Oracle Cloud HCM help HR and business leaders automate some of the most time-consuming tasks, enabling employees to focus on work that really matters, and unlocking new levels of productivity across their workforce.”
Part of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite, these AI agents connect every HR process, creating a comprehensive platform for managing employee data and strategies. With integrated AI capabilities, HR teams can leverage data insights to enhance operations and employee engagement.
