Prudential Financial is deepening its partnership with HR platform Workday in a bid to shake up employee benefits with AI. The expanded collaboration brings Prudential’s Group Insurance business into Workday Wellness, a platform that promises to personalise benefits programmes and streamline workplace wellness offerings.
With nearly 200 mutual clients already in the mix, this move aims to speed up onboarding, smooth out benefits deployment, and give employers real-time AI-driven insights into how their workforce interacts with benefits. The idea is to make data smarter for better decision-making for companies and, ideally, a more tailored experience for employees.
“By deepening our relationship with Workday and others in the industry, we are creating and enhancing client-focused solutions that help solve human resources and benefits challenges,” said Jess Gillespie, Prudential’s head of Group Insurance product and underwriting.
Prudential recently launched OneLeave, a new solution designed to simplify the often-confusing world of employee absences and disability claims, reducing disruptions for both workers and employers.
