The questionnaires are in, the judges have cast their votes and the wider CX community has had its say. It is time to unveil the final rankings of the CXMStars 2025!
As with previous versions of the list we’ve split it into the Top 25 Professionals and Top 25 Influencers.
Our aim with CXMStars is to support CX excellence, foster best practices, and encourage knowledge sharing. We’re always keen to recognise and raise awareness of those individuals who are doing amazing work in the field.
Words of thanks
This is the sixth year that we have celebrated the Top 50 CXMStars from across the globe. Since the start of 2025, we’ve received nearly 200 nominees and over 10,000 votes have been cast. Thanks to everyone for taking the time and effort to complete the questionnaire and then encouraging your colleagues to go online and vote!
CXM wouldn’t be the same without the enthusiastic support of the CX community.

This year the panel was made up of top CX consultant, the ever-green judge Ian Golding, founding member of the CXPA and director of customer stories at Genesys, Ginger Conlon, Greg Melia CEO with the Customer Experience Professionals Association and Dr Maxie Schimdt, vice president and principal analyst with Forrester.
