Categories & Entry Criteria – up close and under the spotlight

This year there are 22 different categories up for grabs at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2013. With 12 different industry categories available, 8 discipline specific categories, plus Professional and Team of the year, you really do have plenty of opportunities to enter multiple categories.

Do make sure you take the time to explore the category descriptions so that you target ALL those that are relevant to your business.

To really help you zoom in on what’s important we are partnering with Boost Marketing, who are offering you the chance to attend a workshop focusing on how to pull together the best possible entry for the UK Customer Experience Awards.

During this workshop you will pick up great insight into the art and science of writing, evidencing and presenting your case.

There are two sessions available for you to attend:

An interactive masterclass session 9:30am – 1pm that will not only cover the content of the short session being held in the afternoon, but will also teach you loads of advanced award entry writing techniques in the context of the stories you are planning to enter. Plus you get to “be a judge” which helps you understand what goes through the mind of the person reading your entry – this makes a massive difference. Lunch and refreshments are included.

A free seminar style session 2pm – 3.15pm which covers the most important things you need to know when entering these awards (which categories are most competitive, what judges are looking for, and top tips for writing your entry).
Refreshments are included.

The sessions will be held on the 19th March in London Victoria.

We are limiting places to 30 for the free session and 12 for the masterclass (£250+VAT) to ensure individual attention. Places book up very quickly and will be reserved on a first come first served basis. To reserve a place please e-mail or telephone Rebecca Page at Boost Marketing.
