Customer and employee experience management leader Medallia has been named a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 14 framework.
This achievement enables public sector organisations across the UK to access Medallia’s cutting-edge solutions through the government’s streamlined digital marketplace for IT services.
The G-Cloud 14 framework, the latest iteration of the programme, simplifies the procurement of cloud-based solutions for public sector bodies, replacing G-Cloud 13. Medallia has been listed in Lot 2 (Cloud Software), allowing government agencies to utilise its advanced experience management platform to improve service delivery and citizen engagement.
