Awards International is proud to announce the start of the Gulf Customer Experience Awards ’23: a premium awards programme celebrating top results and achievements in CX.

As of July 4th, the eighth edition of GCXA will be officially accepting entries. Organisations from across the Gulf are invited to showcase their achievements, submit their applications and take part in the race for the most coveted accolades in CX.

Event and judges

The Awards Finals will be taking place live online on February 1st 2023. Whereas, the Awards Ceremony will be held live and in-person a month later – March 1st.

The 18 new categories recognise the full spectrum of CX achievements. All the judges are experienced CX professionals with a passion for customer experience. Many have judged at previous Awards International Programmes. They scrutinise the entries according to strict and transparent scoring criteria. This is equally applied across all submitted initiatives.

All scoring takes place on the Awards Manager software – this allows for full traceability and quality control. Following the conclusion of the awards event, all finalists will receive a detailed feedback report containing their scores and the judges’ comments about the initiative.
