Jack is the Head of Trends at Insider Trends. He has helped many well-known brands on a broad range of topics including the future of sustainable retail – initiatives and communications – AI, data and technology in retail, and the future of the department store.
Lori Spruijt
Lori is the Strategic Partner Manager for WhatsApp and Meta. She joined Meta 5 and a half years ago. In her current role she collaborates closely with WhatsApp partners in EMEA. She focuses on enabling valuable conversations across the customer journey for businesses.
Simon Johnson
Simon is the General Manager at Freshworks UK&I. In this, he leads the Freshworks UK&I operations and revenue strategy, covering the full product stack, across the mid-market and Enterprise. Simon has been part of the global senior management team since joining Freshworks over 8 years ago, and has experienced the company growth from 100 to 5500 employees globally.
