The second edition of the European Customer Experience Awards, organised by Awards International, announced the winners for this year’s programme. This year’s edition of European CXA brought together leading businesses from across Europe to share the most remarkable achievements in customer experience. Top companies and organisations participated in this premium awards programme, showcasing their results and competing for the coveted industry accolades.
ECXATM ’23 Awards Finals and Ceremony were held Live online on March 29 and 30, respectively. On the first day, the finalists presented their initiatives in front of the judging panel for each category, after which the judges scored them and submitted the results. In the morning, attendees and finalists tuning in enjoyed the CXCoffee session, hosted by Kris Wauters, with Caroline C. van der Geld as the guest. Right after the session, the presentations started and the finalists took to their presentation rooms with their category judges.
On the second day, in the build-up to the Awards Ceremony, the guests enjoyed the traditional CXTrendTalksTM with the topic of – Finding the Right Balance: Technology and the Human Factor in CX. Ian Golding and Marleen van Wijk skilfully navigated the guests throughout the Awards Ceremony and charmed the guests with their unique charisma. Once all the winners had been announced, it was time for the most exciting moment of the entire programme – announcing the Overall Winner of ECXA ’23, the company with the highest score across all categories. Awards International’s Founder and CEO Neil Skehel announced IKEA UK as the champion of the programme.
Awards International would like to congratulate all the winners, finalists, sponsors and partners of this year’s ECXA. Their hard work and commitment to CX excellence helped elevate the event and create another successful awards programme.
