The Awards’ Overall winner Splash also won two Gold Awards earlier in the evening, in Environmental Sustainability Programmes (Large Companies) and Sustainable Business Models categories.
The company is the largest fast fashion retailer in the Middle East, with more than 200 stores in 15 countries.
CAFU won Gold for Innovation in Sustainable Technologies, while Emirates NBD won Gold for Best Community Development.
The event was hosted by Awards international, and along with the UK Customer Experience Awards, Gulf Customer Experience Awards, and the International Customer Experience Awards proudly holds a Gold Standard Awards Trust mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council (IASC).
