Customer Experience Magazine is proud to announce their partnership with Cranfield University School of Management at a specialist customer experience conference to take place in London later this year.
Join 250 Customer Experience Leaders who will come together at the inaugural Winning with Customer Experience conference – a brand new annual conference developed to help business leaders implement award winning customer experience. This one day conference will take place at the British Film Institute on 23rd April, 2015 and will address the most pertinent questions facing anyone who has a customer-centric role within their organisation.
Participate in strategic discussions with high level expert panellists, gain insight from real life case studies and benefit from the latest cutting edge research in customer experience.
Winners of the recent UK Customer and Digital Experience Awards will share the secrets to their success in implementing customer experience strategies within their organisations.
Upon analysing entries from the UK Customer and Digital Experience Awards 2014, Insight and Feedback and Business Change or Transformation were the stand out categories that generated the most interest. This conference will explore the role Insight & Feedback plays in customer experience and explore the consequences of Business Change or Transformation; what they can tell us about customer experience challenges in relation to the customer today, and how we can learn from them to improve business results.
In order to do this, Cranfield have developed a customer experience management model, each stage illustrated with examples from the winners of the UK Customer Experience Awards 2014. The focus is on how they managed and delivered a superior experience across seven stages of customer experience management from immersive customer research through to delivery.
Six case studies will be presented by winners and finalists from the UK Customer and Digital Experience Awards. An academic session will look at the correlation between Insight & Feedback and planning for change, attendees will have the opportunity to analyse this model and participate in a panel discussion, led by Dr Emma Macdonald, on lessons and insights at the end of the day.
The day will also feature extensive opportunities to network, during lunch, extended breaks and also at our drinks reception to celebrate the conclusion of a productive and engaging day.
All attendees will be able to make use of connect@ – a facilitated online networking service which allows delegates to share contact details (if both parties agree) and arrange to meet up at a mutually convenient time during the conference.
