Run in partnership with Cranfield University School of Management, one of the most prestigious business schools in the UK, and Customer Experience Magazine, being shortlisted for these awards will not only raise your profile, but will enable you to promote your commitment to the delivery of outstanding customer experience; learn about best practice, and connect with key players and organisations via the facilitated networking service, Connect@ the Awards.
Teams or individuals can enter the awards and are asked to demonstrate via a written entry and a presentation to judges, that they have delivered outstanding customer experience, and as a result have seen clear benefits in terms of business growth and customer engagement.
Entry submissions close on Friday 22th May, with the Awards campaign culminating in a Gala Lunch and the Awards Finals on Wednesday 8th July 2015 at the stylish Grand Connaught Rooms in central London. The winners of each category will be announced and presented with their bespoke Award in front of an audience of business leaders in their field.
