The entry deadline is fast approaching for the 2020 International Customer Experience Awards, the global celebration of customer experience taking place fully online on November 19, 2020.

Potential entrants have until September 4 to submit their entries and have a chance to be crowned as an Overall Winner after the finalists’ presentations on the Awards day.

The event will take place online, from start to finish, using the latest videoconferencing software. The finalists from around the world will be presenting their initiatives before an expert panel of judges, including names like Nienke Bloem, Hendrik Weber, Faran Niaz, Eytan Hattem, Ismail Ozenc, Gökhan Kara and many others.

New categories for 2020 include Most Effective Customer Experience on Social Media, Employee Empowerment, Best Customer Complaints Programme and Customer Experience Training.

The finals, which are chaired once again by international CX consultant and author Ian Golding, is also one of the best global CX networking opportunities, with hundreds gathering now online to support colleagues and celebrate CX in a rapidly changing business landscape.

ICXA is a worldwide CX movement, offering brands to meet and compete with companies from all over the world. By winning a category at one of the regional awards hosted by Awards International (for example, the UK Customer Experience Awards), the winners will be automatically entitled to be short-listed for one of the international events: the International Customer Experience Awards and the International Business Excellence Awards.
