The role of Senior Content Manager is instrumental in shaping the editorial direction, driving content strategy, and maximising audience engagement for the Awards International business and its two online customer experience publications. You will be working with leadership to develop and deliver marketing strategies that engage customers. You will lead the editorial team in creating high-quality, impactful content that captivates readers and advances the organisations’ mission.

You will be a member of the management team and will be instrumental in achieving business results. You will be commercially oriented and will most likely want to participate in a rapid growth strategy with the opportunity of future equity share based on results.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced content manager with a passion for writing, eager to lead a dynamic editorial team, shape editorial content, and make a significant impact on the success of our content and media in the digital landscape.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in B2B online publications (required).
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated – Demonstrate a proactive approach to content strategy
  • Proven experience in writing, content management, and editorial leadership, with a track record of producing compelling content that engages audiences across various platforms.

– Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
– Previous experience in editorial leadership roles.
– Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, social media channels, CMS, and digital publishing platforms.
– Proven knowledge of SEO
– Knowledge of email marketing is a plus

This is a full or part-time remote position, based in the UK. (If an office position is preferred, candidates would need to live within commuting distances of North Herts/South Cambs). The Senior Content Manager will regularly collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team located in both Serbia and the UK, fostering a “dream team” environment.
