The all-new UK Digital Experience Awards are on the lookout for creative entries that have enhanced the digital experience of customers.
The Digital Awards will follow the same format as the highly successful UK Customer Experience Awards, and are presented in partnership with Customer Experience Magazine, Cranfield School of Management and Awards International.
To enter you need to supply details of your project and then select one of the 28 categories that best matches your entry.
If you are unsure about what category to choose then don’t fear – help is at hand. The catagories have been divided into 15 Sector Categories and 13 other Discipline-Specific and People Categories. We’ve produced a document to help you work out which category will work best for you and maximise your chances of success.
We believe that every organisation should consider entering the Sector Specific Categories, either focussing on your website, online shop or perhaps an App.
Entries will be judged on the initiative submitted, not the degree to which they fit with the Category name. If in doubt please get in touch and we will do our best to help you.
For our People Categories we are looking for great initiatives that impacted both the digital customer experience and the organisations. This can be told from an individual’s perspective, or that of a project team or organisation.

Judging and presentations will take place on one day, with winners announced during a glittering event at a top venue. We already have some high-calibre judges on board, so if you are interested in judging at the event, please call to find out more.
On the day of the awards there will be plenty of networking opportunities, and after the event you will receive a feedback report on your entry. Winners and judges will also feature in the Customer Experience Magazine.
This really is a wonderful opportunity for your business to showcase your achievements to new and existing clients, suppliers and customers. You’ll gain publicity and offer your team and customers added motivation.
Feeback post event will also enable you to continuously improve your digital offerings.
