UK Customer Experience Awards 2013 are delighted to welcome Global Reviews as a new sponsor.
Global Reviews, an international business that scientifically measures, benchmarks and evaluates the effectiveness of online customer experience, will sponsor the Digital Category of the annual awards, which will take place in London on October 17.
Now in their fourth year, the UK Customer Experience Awards celebrate and promote excellence in customer experience across a broad spectrum of industries.

The Digital Category is new category for the 2013 Awards, and a category that has not only attracted a high standard of entries, but is an expanding market for the customer experience.
Neil added: “Looking ahead to 2014 and as the Digital Market continues to grow, we have exciting plans to evolve the Digital Category into more than one award. We will be working in partnership with Global Reviews in planning the expansion of the Digital Award Categories and applying the appropriate assessment criteria ready for the launch of the 2014 UK Customer Experience Awards later this year.
Customer Experience Awards are partnered by the Cranfield Customer Management Forum (CCMF), a business network run by the Cranfield University School of Management Centre for Strategic Marketing and Sales. CCMF will be producing a white paper and follow up event to the Awards which will focus on drawing out best practice in customer experience.
As in previous years the Awards will be supported by the Customer Experience Magazine, which will feature the winners and their stories.
Award nominations for all categories are now closed but there is still time to get involved as a Judge on the day. The event culminates in a gala lunch at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on October 17th.
The awards offer a fantastic opportunity to network with other key players in customer experience, and hear what they also are doing to deliver an outstanding experience for their customers.
