The 7th edition of the Gulf Customer Experience Awards, organised by Awards International, has announced the winners of this year’s programme. This edition of Gulf CXA brought together leading businesses from across the Gulf region to showcase the most remarkable achievements in customer experience. Top companies and organisations participated in this premium awards programme, presenting their results and vying for coveted industry accolades.

Awards event run-down

The GCXA™ ’24 Awards Finals were held live online on April 22, and the Ceremony took place in person at Sofitel Dubai Downtown on April 24. In the morning of the finals day, attendees and finalists tuned in to enjoy the CXCoffee session with Farah Arkadan as the esteemed guest. Following the session, the presentations commenced, and the finalists presented in their respective category rooms in front of the judging panels. The judges then assessed the presentations and submitted their scores. 

During the build-up to the Awards Ceremony on the second day, guests were treated to CXTrendTalks™. Liz Berks adeptly guided attendees through presentations and panel discussions, featuring participants such as Ahmad Altarawneh, Piyali Chatterjee Konar, and Yash Sultania.

Matthias Marino, with his charming demeanor, hosted the thrilling and eagerly awaited Winners Announcement, which also featured Fergus Bugg‘s enlightening keynote speech. Once all the winners were announced, it was time for the most exciting moment of the entire programme – the announcement of the Overall Winner of GCXA ’24, the company with the highest score across all categories. Awards International’s Founder and CEO, Neil Skehel, announced Mobily as the champion of the programme.
