The 2022 edition of ICXA ™ (International Customer Experience Awards), held live online, both for the finals and Awards Ceremony, had more than 90 companies across nearly 200 presentations. The ceremony was broadcast live from a TV studio in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, with Nienke Bloem and Ian Golding as the hosts.
The finalists and guests tuned in from more than 40 countries – and five continents – and there were close to one thousand people in attendance. This year, the Overall Winner title (for the company that got the highest score across all categories) went to Sunway Malls.
Using the bespoke software, Awards Manager, all attendees could easily access the live stream, watch all open presentations and network with each other. Every attendee can leave their contact info in the profile section and/or browse other attendees based on their title, company or industry.
As part of the Awards Ceremony day, there was also the traditional CXTrendTalks panel discussions. The guests had the opportunity to hear about the latest news and trends in CX from experts such as Ginger Conlon, Eytan Hattem, Greg Melia, Gabriela Ciupitu, and many others.
All finalists and winners are also extensively promoted across Awards International communication channels, CXM, and partners’ media outlets and publications, including social media, newsletters, podcasts, magazines, etc.
What is ICXA?
ICXA ™ is one of many successful business awards programmes organised by Awards International, and certainly among the most popular ones. Since its creation, the event has attracted esteemed CX professionals worldwide, and with its massive turnout, this year’s edition proved a notable success for the global customer experience community.
The programme is open to all businesses, from large corporations to SMEs. All submitted initiatives are assessed based on strict scoring criteria, which are the same across all awards categories. All scoring is done on Awards Manager, making the process simple and straightforward.
The entrants, judges, partners and sponsors at the International CXA® are all prominent names in the customer experience arena. They have significant results and a track record of major achievements in facilitating the CX practice for their clients and organisations.
Following the event, all finalists will receive a Feedback Report, with their judges’ scores and comments about the initiative, to learn what they can improve upon and thus upgrade their CX processes.
