This year’s edition of ICXA™, conducted online for both the Awards Finals and Ceremony, featured a remarkable participation of over 80 companies presenting nearly 250 sessions. The live-broadcasted Ceremony, hosted by Nienke Bloem and Ian Golding from a TV studio in London, drew finalists and guests from more than 45 countries across five continents, with nearly a thousand attendees. 

Teknosa claimed the prestigious Overall Winner accolade for achieving the highest score across all categories.

The bespoke Awards Manager software facilitated seamless access to the live stream, open presentations, and networking opportunities for all participants. Attendees could share contact information in their profiles and explore other attendees based on their title, company, or industry.

Awards Ceremony

The Awards Ceremony day also featured the traditional CXTrendTalks conference and panel discussion, hosted by Katie Stabler CCXP, Founder of Cultivate Customer Experience by Design. The event showcased impactful speeches on CX trends from industry leaders such as Emma Sutton from Oracle, Abdulaziz Alshamsan, Founder of CXKSA, Ahmad Altarawneh, Senior Transformation Consultant at Dubai Police HQ, and Carlos Espinosa, CEO of Clientship. A lively panel discussion on “The Anatomy of Customer Loyalty in 2023: What Matters Most?” followed, featuring the previous speakers and host Stabler.

In a historic moment, Neil Skehel presented the first-ever Lifetime Achievement Award by Awards International to the esteemed Fred Reichheld, followed by a heartfelt Acceptance Speech from the man of the hour.

Between the winners announcements in different categories, Atasun Kaşbaş gave a captivating keynote speech on the topic “The Biggest CX Project in History.” He shared profound insights and energized the audience with his fantastic speech.
