Celebrating the best work a team or organisation can achieve is in the DNA of Awards International. For 14 years, this company has been building a platform for CX initiatives to get recognised and set a new standard for customer experience.

This is not the only reason their work is admirable. This Tuesday, we attended the UK CXA(tm) hosted at Wembley in London. Impressions? These guys are fantastic at creating memorable awards experiences!

The finalists had the chance to present their initiatives right from the morning through to the afternoon in front of the board of judges amongst a plethora of boxes in the stadium. Hosting presentations amongst the background of the famous Wembley stadium football pitch created a great, winning atmosphere.

Finally in the evening, everyone was ready and excited for the iconic awards ceremony later in the evening. Our guests, finalists, judges and hosts arrived looking fantastic in their black-tie attire. It was a true night of glitz and glamour!

The event’s hosts, Ian Golding and Emma Dark were absolutely amazing at making sure everyone felt welcome and engaged. The guests had the honour of hearing from leading voices in CX – Greg Melia, CAE, CEO of Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and Leslie Stretch, President and CEO at Medallia.

This exciting day ended up with some impressive dancing moves and good old sounds from ABBA revival – a spectacular tribute band.

Keep reading to learn who are this year’s winners and hear their testimonials. Let’s roll out the red carpet to celebrate empathy, positive workplace culture, and the values these organisations bring to their customers.

The launch of the CXM Review

We couldn’t get a better place and time to launch our first print issue of the CXM Review magazine titled The New Era of CX: Tapping into the Unknown. It is now available to everyone in digital format as well.

The CXM Review is the result of collaboration between our editorial and a fantastic 18 contributors from the UK, US, and the Middle East. Sharing this issue with over 500 CX professionals at Wembley is our way to give them a token of our appreciation. Follow this link to grab your free digital copy of the magazine.

This is what our contributor Sandra Thompson, also the judge at the UK CXA, shared on LinkedIn about the CXM Review:

This is an incredible job! I’m looking forward to reading through over the weekend. So wonderful to have such a high-quality publication (it feels amazing!). It’s up there with Harvard Business Review!
