Awards International announces the start of the International Customer Experience Awards ’23. This premium awards program celebrates top results and achievements in CX globally.
As of April 3rd, the new edition of the ICXA program is officially accepting entries. Organisations worldwide are invited to showcase their achievements, submit their applications and compete for the most coveted accolades in CX and a place in the Hall of Fame.
This year’s Awards Finals will take place on November 9, and the Awards Ceremony will be held one week later, on November 16, both of LIVE online. All the judges participating in the event are seasoned CX professionals (many of them have already been part of previous Awards International programmes). They will score the entries and the presentations according to strict and transparent scoring criteria.
The scoring will take place on the Awards Manager software, which allows for full traceability and quality control. After the awards conclude, all finalists will receive a Feedback Report with their scores and their judges’ comments on the entry, the presentation and initiative.
Awards International emphasises that the ICXA programme gives plenty of opportunities for knowledge-sharing and connecting with top CX professionals worldwide.
