Within the UKCXA™, you can explore 25 categories distributed across four primary segments. These cover a wide spectrum of customer experience, including strategy, feedback mechanisms, technological advancements, employee engagement strategies, and more. 

The Awards Finals will take place on October 3, live online. The Awards Ceremony and the CXTrendTalks™ will be held live and in person on October 10, in London. The entry deadline is June 28th, followed by the submission deadline on July 5th. Finalists are scored based on the assessment of their written entry and presentation to decide the category winners. The panel of judges consists of experienced CX professionals, many of whom have previously judged at different Awards International programmes.
