As of September 25, the new edition of the US CXA™️ programme is officially accepting entries. Organisations that exceed in CX across the US are invited to showcase their achievements, submit their applications, and compete for the most coveted accolades in CX and a place in the Hall of Fame.
Mark your calendars for the US CXA™️ Awards Finals on May 15, followed by the Awards Ceremony on May 16, both presented LIVE online. Our panel of seasoned CX professionals, many with prior Awards International experience, will meticulously evaluate entries and presentations using transparent scoring criteria through the Awards Manager software.
After the awards, all finalists will receive a comprehensive Feedback Report featuring scores and judges’ comments, fostering continuous improvement.
