CX Stars 2021 is well under way and as with everything in 2021 so far, it’s gone off with a bang!
So far, the new year hasn’t really turned out the way we’d hoped it would when we said goodbye [happily] to 2020 from the comfort of our homes, alone. But so much good has come out of the difficult times of past and we’re thoroughly enjoying celebrating the incredible contributions CXM’s CX Stars have made in our dynamic industry.
I was lucky enough to chat to Andrew McGuigan, WW Leader Deployment Services at Microsoft. We talked about the importance of connection between staff and customers during this trying time we find ourselves in. Andrew also told me about Microsoft’s Reverse Mentor programme and how much we can learn from apprentices and interns who are just starting out in CX.
