The very best in CX innovation across the Middle East has been celebrated at the annual Gulf Customer Experience Awards.

HSBC, Ejadah Asset Management Group, and the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) were among the big winners on a day that saw hundreds of delegates arrive at Dubai’s Conrad Hotel for presentations before an expert panel of judges comprising of global CX consultants, Heads of CX within firms, and CEOs.

Hosted by Awards International, the Finals event saw teams compete across nine categories, including Best CX Strategy, CX Team of the Year, and Best Measurement in Customer Experience.

The Overall Winner award was presented to the team from RAKEZ who floored judges in the Customers at the Heart of Everything category with a presentation outlining their commitment to client growth through the provision of cost-effective set-up packages, modern facilities, and first-class services.

The hotly contested CX Professional of the Year title was awarded to Maya Khalifeh (pictured below), Group Customer Experience Manager at packaging experts INDEVCO, while HSBC’s innovative Service Magic through Innovation, Listening and agile Execution (SMILE) plan for customers, and their Learn – Enable – Aspire – Progress (LEAP) initiative for employees helped earn the bank an incredible three Gold awards, and one Silver.
