We are delighted to announce the start of the US Customer Experience AwardsTM ’23, a premium awards program celebrating top results and achievements in CX across the United States. As of September 12th, the second annual edition of USCXATM is officially accepting entries. Organizations from the U.S. are invited to showcase their achievements, submit their applications and compete for the most coveted accolades in CX.  

The Awards Finals will take place on April 6 and the Awards Ceremony on May 18, 2023. All judges are experienced CX professionals (many have judged at various Awards International programs). They will scrutinize the entries according to strict and transparent scoring criteria, equally applied across all submitted initiatives. 

All scoring takes place on the Awards ManagerTM software, which allows for full traceability and quality control. After the awards conclude, all finalists will receive a detailed Feedback Report containing their scores and the judges’ comments on the entry, presentation and the initiative overall.  

Awards International points out that USCXATM is much more than a premium business event. It’s a unique chance to share knowledge, connect with leading CX professionals and business leaders, and honor a company’s outstanding efforts to elevate CX and advance the industry.
