Awards International announces the start of its premium programme, the UK Customer Experience Awards, to recognise top results and achievements in CX across the United Kingdom. As of February 14, the fourteenth edition of UK CXA®is officially accepting entries. Organisations from the UK are invited to showcase their results and achievements, submit their application and compete for the most coveted accolades in CX.
The Awards Finals will take place on October 5, live online. The Awards Ceremony and the CXTrendTalksTM will be held on October 12, 2023 live and in person at Wembley Stadium. All the judges that take part and score the submitted entries are experienced CX professionals (a vast number of them have judged at various Awards International programmes before). They will scrutinise the applications according to strict and transparent scoring criteria, which are the same for all awards categories.
The scoring process takes place on the Awards ManagerTM software, which allows for full traceability and quality control. After the awards conclude, all finalists will receive a detailed Feedback Report containing their scores and the judges’ comments on the entry, presentation and the initiative overall.
