A series of events featuring inspiring leaders will be launching in London on the 2nd July. The movement aims to place organisational culture at the top of the agenda with events, articles and interviews.

“Employee culture is the glue that holds organisations together,” says Simon Lewis in an exclusive interview for BridgeTalks. A director at LFH, the family-owned group behind one of UK’s most successful fashion brands: River Island; Simon helps oversee the operation of hotels, properties, investments and a multi-award winning luxury spa in the US, which he conceived and developed in 2007.

Simon will be headlining the first BridgeTalks event, discussing how organisations can stay ahead of the game and deliver tomorrow’s promise to their customers.

BridgeTalks will be hosted by brand culture specialist Dale Smith, and will feature industry and inspirational leaders in a series of evening events at the Courthouse Hotel in Central London.

“We wanted to create an event series that enabled people to come together in very short sound bites and work together collectively to really share knowledge and ideas in a very informal way,” says Dale Smith, Director of Creation at Bridge Training and Events.

The line-up includes Hamish Pringle, brand and advertising expert, the founder of PRverdict.com Mark Arena, Guinness World Record holder Duncan Slater, and David Marshall, respected MD in the private healthcare sector. With a range of presenters coming from diverse backgrounds, BridgeTalks will be looking from different angles at building a culture of service, action and motivated employees.
