The CXM team has been hard at work ratifying the results.
In order to ensure a free and fair judging process, we employed the skills and experience of a panel of global CX industry leaders in order to ratify the weighting and voting. The information provided by the nominated CX Star, combined with their votes has been collated and weighted to provide a final ranking.
Beyond the voting, we looked at a number of other contributing factors such as social media reach, contributions to CXM, awards won, and judgeships held at various CX awards. These categories were weighted by the panelists and a total score was allocated to each entrant.
